C. Shared Watchlists
Sceneit allows users to create watchlists and invite other users to collaborate.
Through the application's interface, watchlists are accessible to their owners and invited collaborators.

9. User Content Deletion and Account Deletion
You may edit or delete your own diary entries, reviews, watchlists, and other eligible content through the controls provided by the Service.
You may delete your account at any time through:
Settings → Delete Account
A. Account and Personal Data
When you delete your account, Sceneit deletes your associated account information and personal viewing data from its active application records, including:
- Your account profile and personal information.
- Your diary entries and viewing history.
- Your ratings and reviews.
- Your favorites.
- Your watchlists and associated data.
- Your shared-watchlist memberships and invitations.
- Other information associated with your Sceneit account, subject to the exceptions described below.
B. Shared Watchlists Owned by You
If you delete your account, all watchlists you own are deleted, including shared watchlists.
This also deletes titles added by other collaborators to those watchlists.
Other collaborators will lose access to those watchlists.
Sceneit does not currently provide a separate notification when an owner's account deletion removes a shared watchlist.
C. Shared Watchlists Owned by Other Users
If you delete your account while participating in a watchlist owned by another user:
- Your membership in that watchlist is removed.
- Your pending invitations, whether sent or received, are deleted.
- Titles you previously added to that watchlist may remain.
- Your contributor name is replaced with “Unknown”.
Certain internal references associated with contributions to another user's watchlist may remain as described in our Privacy Policy.
D. Legal Acceptance Records
Sceneit retains a limited record documenting your acceptance of its Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
After account deletion, this record contains:
- Your email address.
- Your Sceneit account ID.
- The versions of the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy you accepted.
- The dates and times of acceptance.
- The date and time your account was deleted.
Your name and username are removed from the acceptance record when your account is deleted.
The remaining record is retained for six years after account deletion based on our legitimate interests in documenting your acceptance of the applicable agreements and establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims, subject to applicable law.
A daily automated process deletes acceptance records after this retention period expires.
For more information, refer to our Privacy Policy.
10. Affiliate Links and Third-Party Services
Sceneit may display links, offers, or recommendations for third-party products or services, including affiliate links.
If you click on an affiliate link or purchase a third-party product or service through such a link, Wearly may receive a commission, referral fee, or other compensation.
A. VPN Recommendations
Sceneit may suggest third-party Virtual Private Network (“VPN”) services when a movie or television show is available through one of your selected streaming services in another country.
These recommendations may include sponsored affiliate links.
Sponsored recommendations are identified within the Service using the label “Sponsored”, together with a disclosure that Sceneit may earn a commission.
Sceneit currently uses fixed affiliate links containing Sceneit's affiliate identifier. These links open in Safari and do not transmit your Sceneit account information to the VPN provider.
Using a VPN to access streaming content from another country may violate the terms and conditions of the relevant streaming provider or applicable local laws.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of VPN services, streaming platforms, and any associated content complies with the terms of the relevant services and all applicable laws.
Sceneit does not guarantee that using a VPN will allow you to access any particular movie, television show, streaming service, or regional catalog.
B. Third-Party Responsibility
Any purchase, signup, use, or interaction you make with a third-party site, product, or service is between you and that third party and is governed by that third party's own terms, privacy policy, and practices.
